Private, experimental use
Hybrid Nutrition Backup is being developed for the owner's personal backup and recovery of records from the separate Hybrid Nutrition app. It is not currently offered as a commercial or publicly available backup service.
Google Drive authorisation
The owner chooses whether to grant limited Google Drive file access, and may revoke permission through their Google Account. The utility is intended to manage only permitted backup files.
Availability and recovery
Development-stage functionality may be incomplete or unavailable. Until independent backups, monitoring and full recovery have been verified, no real personal nutrition records should depend on this utility as their sole means of recovery.
Charges
The utility is designed to use genuinely free tiers only. It does not sell subscriptions or process payments. The owner remains responsible for monitoring their own Google and hosting quotas before activating any future live service.
